Speaking of champagne and other fruits of the vine, wine enthusiasts can enjoy a Stem to Stern Wine Tasting -- sample wines from various regions while learning to become a discriminating connoisseur under the tutelage of the ship's own Cellar Master. Both ships are home to a variety of nightclubs, with everything from sports-bar entertainment to piano-bar live-entertainment to DJs spinning dance music. And they are all closed to minors after 9 p.m.
